Terms of Sale

The program is established by the travel agency as an intermediary between, on one hand the customer, and on the other hand the carriers, hoteliers and other service providers.
1) The responsibility of Plenitude Voyages Maroc
• The travel agency "Plenitude Voyages Maroc” does not have special insurance, except liability insurance and other insurance of different providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants,etc.).
• As a result, the travel agency can not be held responsible for any accident, injury, irregularity, loss or theft of hand luggage. You are required to inform your customers before their departure or provide them with a regular insurance from your country for baggage, assistance and repatriation.
• The travel agency "Plenitude Voyages Maroc” can not be held responsible, and the traveller can not claim any compensation in case of change in schedules or itinerary, even after the issuance of vouchers, if these changes come from unexpected events, especially if the security of the customers is at issue.
2) Terms of reservations
• Reservations and changes in reservations will not be taken into account, except for the ones made by fax, letter or an email.
• All reservation requests or changes made by phone can not be considered.
• The reservation is not considered firm until a deposit of 30% has been paid.
3) Downgrading and upgrading
• In case of downgrading for reasons beyond our control (local or national emergency, strikes, etc.) compensation equivalent to the difference between the rate category obtained from the one reserved for customers will be provided on site.
• Whereas, the upgrade for the same reasons will be handled by us.
4) Vouchers
• Issued by Plenitude Voyages Maroc, the vouchers are honoured according to the payments made by customer, before the arrival of the group.
5) Cancellation
• All cancellations must be confirmed by letter, fax or email.
• In case of total cancellation, a fee will be charged at the following rates:
a) + 60 days of arrival: 20% of the travel
b) Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 30% of the travel cost
c) From 29 to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the travel cost
d) From 20 to 08 days before arrival, 70% of the travel cost
e) 7 to 3 days before arrival, 90% of the travel cost
f) Less than 3 days of arrival, 100% of the travel cost
• In case of partial cancellation, a fee will be charged at the following rates:
a) A + 60 days of arrival: no fee
b) Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 15 Euros / pax
c) From 29 to 21 days before arrival, 30% of the travel cost
d) From 20 to 08 days before arrival, 50% of the travel cost
e) 7 to 3 days before arrival, 70% of the travel cost
f) Less than 3 days of arrival, 100% of the travel cost
6) No shows
At the time of customers' arrival in case of no show the full amount of the flat rate agreed upon will be charged. 
7)  Rate review
If the final number of participants is below the contractual minimum, Plenitude Voyages Maroc shall review the basic rate to be applied depending on the final number.
8) Rooming list (groups)
- The provisional rooming list of the group must reach Plenitude Voyage Maroc no later than 30 days before the arrival of the group and must necessarily include the names of clients by type of room and the times of arrival and departure flights. For arrivals on charter flights, the arrival time must be received no later than one week prior.
- The final rooming list must be received no later than 15 days before the arrival of customers in order to notify all providers of any changes in time.
9) List of hotels
The list of hotels will be sent at the earliest 21 days before the arrival of the group, after receiving the final rooming list of participants and the balance receipt of the file.
10) Conditions and methods of payment
The prepayment for all services must be ensured. Our agency assumes no liability for non-payment for services in the above mentioned terms. The booking would then automatically considered as null and result in the cancellation fee for that purpose.
Terms of payment (circuits):
- first deposit: 30% from the date of confirmation of the file
- balance: 70% no later than 30 days before the arrival of the group
Methods of payment:
- Settle the claim must be made before the beginning of circuit by bank transfer to the account of Plenitude Voyages Maroc as follows:

 11) Other information
- Our services begin with dinner on the first day and end with breakfast on the last day (except for B & B option).
- Any other service not on our agenda will be made after written confirmation of support either by the agency or by the customer for an additional fee charged to the person concerned, especially the transfers outside the days scheduled for arrival or departure of clients, or the extra meals in case of flight delay.
- Any service not used by the participants in no circumstances lead to a refund.

Terms of sale: The general conditions of sales between Plenitude Voyages Maroc and any travel agency or tour operator shall be as provided by contracts of Plenitude Voyages Maroc and according to regulations and the law in force in Morocco.
